Yellowfin Sashimi and Wasabi Mayo
An easy and tasty yellowfin recipe shared by Angele Pisano, cook at Trees and Fishes, Rana Beach:
- Yellowfin Tuna Fillets 300 g
- Drop of Wasabi
- Dash of lime juice
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Japanese Mayonnaise
- Watercress leaves
Let your tuna fillet rest in the refrigerator overnight. Trim the fillet and cut thinly. It is very important to cut the sections in the same direction as the grain. Place thinly sliced tuna onto individual ramequin or asian spoons. Season with little drops of the dressing. Garnish with watercress leaves.
To prepare the dressing
Place japanese mayonnaise, wasabi and lime juice in a small dish and stir through.
