For bookings made in excess of 60 days prior to departure date, a 25% non refundable deposit per person is due within 14 days of the booking confirmation.
The balance is payable 60 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to the departure date, full payment is required at time of booking.
A late booking fee of $25 per file in addition to the full payment will apply for bookings made within 7 days of the departure date.
For Advertised Scheduled Trips, a 50% holding deposit is required to confirm your commitment, this is refundable if spots are not filled (more on Scheduled Trips below)
