Delivery Details

All of our standard items are sent within Australia are sent using Express shipping Australia Wide (1-3 Business Days). All of our products are shipped inside protective packaging that will ensure safe shipping. All orders are sent with tracking.

Shipping Time Frame

You will be contacted within 2-5 business days should any problem arise regarding your order, otherwise all orders will be shipped once it has been made. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.  

Large/bulky size items

There may be delays during certain shipping periods due to the length of the items. (1-5 Business Days). Items over 1m can't be delivered to a PO Box (only a residential address or business/Commercial address). All other orders can be delivered to a residential address, business address or PO Box.

Insurance

All items sent are insured for free for loss or damage whilst in transit. Please report any damaged parcels and retail packaging to us immediately (with 24 hours of your delivery) upon receiving your items. In the very rare case that an order incurs a higher postage rate than displayed (bulky items, Rod and Combos etc), Fish Wreck reserves the right to request an additional postage charge and you will have the option to either cancel the order or continue with the order and incur the additional postage charge. This may only occur due to Rural or remote addresses due to on-forward charges from courier companies, however you will be notified prior to sending any items out about any extra charges.

Warranty Claim

All goods sold by Fish Wreck come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Fish Wreck.

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by Fish Wreck to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. Fish Wreck also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged. Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods. Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Fish Wreck.

Fish Wreck is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Fish Wreck.
