From Hong Kong to Vanuatu, Jove Wu and 7 business associates spent Chinese New Year on a bottom bouncing adventure aboard Rendezvous. The brief for the week was to target deep water table fish which was to get cooked up and consumed to celebrate the new year ahead. Each day when the guests felt we had enough on board, it was straight back to the kitchen for a marathon seafood session. Deepwater Poulet, sweet lip, deep sea cod and bream. Throw in a few crayfish traded with the locals, the trip was more akin to a week away on a floating Chinese restaurant! Well done Jove and crew, Happy New Year!
