Superior Strength and Speed

These reels have three main types that come in a variety of sizes: autostop, detachable, and standard. Once you decide which type of electric reel suits, your next decision is to settle on the retrieval speed and drag level that fits your requirements.

Autostop

The autostop reels are designed to automatically stop retrieving when they reach a certain line length. with the integrated line counter you can target those swordfish at those specific depths that you have sounded them at.

Autostop reels come in 4 sizes: 30, 50, 80, and 130, with full variable speed control. Their max drags are 30, 45, 65, and 100 pounds, respectively.

Detachable

As the name implies, detachable electric reels are extra attachments that can easily be added or removed from your reel. You can use the electric reel until you hook a fish, and then fight manually, or even swap it between different reels as necessary. this fits in perfectly with the rules of competitions like the Swordfish World Cup.

There are three sizes of detachable reels: 50, 70, and 80. The 50 and the 70 sizes both have a drag weight of 45lb, while the size 80 has a drag weight of 65lb.
