10 Teams go head to head in The BCF Topwater Film Invitational.

A world first, SCF in partnership with BCF are holding their first ever BCF Topwater film invitational to raise awareness and much needed funds for environmental issues. With ten teams competing for a first prize worth a whopping $70,000 Aud.

Who are SCF

As all Aussie anglers know who BCF are, but who is SCF? SCF stands for Sustainable Fishing, Clean Waterways and Future Generations. They are known for working alongside anglers to raise awareness on environmental issues by working in partnerships with the likes of Shimano to run the King of Kings that is held in Yepoon, Qld at the start of every February.

What is the BCF Topwater Film Invitational

Fishing influencers have been brought together from all over Australia to form 10 teams. The ten teams will compete in a chance to win a share of the $137,500 AUD.

Each team must produce a 20 minute video to showcase not only the incredible recreational fishing opportunities, phenomenal wildlife, cultural experiences, and scenery of the Great Barrier Reef. But also to show audiences why this incredible natural wonder of the world is worth protecting.

These 10 films will then be taken to a public vote to decide the People’s Choice Winner of The BCF Topwater Film Invitational Australia 2022.
