Will I be able to track my shipment?

Yes you will be able to track your shipment. When your order is completed and your seller has organised your item for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking link and tracking number.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is offered by the majority of sellers throughout the Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace. Upon purchasing a product, you will be able to choose between the shipping methods made available by the seller. Shipping costs will be confirmed during checkout.

When are signatures required for delivery?

Signatures may be required depending on the relevant shipping companies policies. Upon receiving your tracking number, click the link to view the status of your delivery. Most shipping companies will advise whether they require a signature.

How long does shipping take?

Products are generally dispatched within 2 business after receiving your order confirmation. Delivery will generally take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. How do I locate a missing package?

You can use your tracking number to locate your missing package. When your order is complete and your seller has organised your item for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking link and tracking number. If you have lost your tracking number, or require any further information regarding your order, log in to your account and retrieve in your customer dashboard.

What payment types does Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace accept?

Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace accepts multiple payment types including, Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. All of these payment types will be available during checkout.

How do I find my order history/ invoice?

All order information will be sent to you via email upon completion of your transaction. Alternatively you can also access your order history in your customer dashboard.

What is your returns policy?

Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase?

Typically the quantity of products allowed to be purchased is only limited by the amount of stock available. However our sellers reserve the right to limit or reject the quantities purchased if they believe a buyer is bulk buying for the purpose of on selling through another channel.

If my Seller doesn’t respond, what can I do to resolve my issue?

Our sellers are committed to responding to all requests as quickly as possible and will do everything possible to resolve any customer concerns. If you feel that issue is not being resolved by a seller you can contact Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace on marketplace@oceanbluefishing.com.

Are there tools to manage my order?

Yes, all orders can be retrieved and managed via the customer dashboard. Upon login, you be able to find your order details, tracking details and send messages to your seller.

If I have an issue with my order, do I have options to log a support request?

Yes, you can log a support ticket or send a message to a seller via your customer dashboard. Simply log in to your account, search for the product order in question and request support.
