Ocean Blue Marketplace Returns Policy
Each Seller partner has their own returns policy.
All products purchased on the Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace are made via third party Seller partners. Each Seller partner has their own unique returns policy.
For information regarding the returns policy of each Seller, please refer to the ‘Store Policies’ tab located in the product details section of each product page. At the commencement of each transaction, the Seller is responsible for arranging delivery of the product to the buyer and for providing tracking numbers and related order information. Sellers returns policies are available for buyers to view and are located on each product page. By ordering a product, you agree to the seller’s policies including the sellers returns policy.
The Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace does not accept any direct liability to the Buyer. Each of our Seller partners are responsible for determining requests for refunds, repairs or replacements in accordance with their Seller policies and Australian consumer laws. The Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace is available to assist with disputes between Buyer and Seller and aims to help facilitate the best possible outcome for all parties.
All return requests related to the transport of products will be as per the Seller’s shopping Policies. The Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace does not accept any liability for transport damages or shipping delays.
All return requests must be submitted within the return period specified in the product listing and follow the Seller’s instructions for actioning the request. If a Seller is unresponsive or has failed to fulfil their stated return policy, the Ocean Blue Fishing® marketplace will mediate with the Buyer and Seller to ensure the issue is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
